Register Account Consent

An endpoint to register consent against an account.

There are different types of consent which are:

terms_of_service	Describes the relationship between the user of the website and Truepill
privacy_policy	Describes data usage/privacy rights of individuals using the site
notice_of_privacy_practices	Required by HIPAA; provides info to patients regarding our privacy practices within the “consult”/”care” portion of their journey.
