Comms API overview

The goal of the CHP Comms API is to be a universal communication service for Truepill’s consumer health experiences, which covers all the verticals (Virtual Pharmacy, Telehealth, Diagnostics, and OTC) as well as systems that facilitate the consumer experience (such as TPCS).

Ultimately, this will cover:

  • Sending multiple types of comms to patients across multiple mediums

  • Providing comms reporting to Truepill systems that can be used to improve the patient experience from an operations standpoint (operations, as opposed to the in-app/software experience)

  • Providing comms logs and delivery & engagement statuses to CS that can be used to solve patient issues

  • Providing comms metrics to Truepill business, product, and design stakeholders that can be used to iterate improvements on the patient experience and demonstrate results to Truepill customers
